Eligibility Requirements

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, in their original packaging, and in a condition to be resold.

How to Make a Return

Contact support@zenvotic.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If your item is faulty or does not match your order, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
