They seem accurately sized. they're sealed in individual packages for each pair( if you get more than one). they have a light factory fresh scent. the videos make them look like foam, but they feel more like a gel. they seem reasonably firm with a good rebound. i can feel the half sphere shapes slightly, but it isn't a problem.
